Vaccine Passport & Verifier

Design a digital vaccine passport for web and native app for citizens to show vaccine proof ready for scanning when traveling or patronizing businesses.

Requirement Gathering

Working with Government BAs and Program Manager to get very detail requirement list and flow. This helped shape the user journey. The key part was designing a product that is intuitive, accessible and user friendly since this is a product that will be used by people of all ages.

Being the first of it’s kind, we went with our guts in the design exploration process. The goal was to get the product out to encourage movement and travel during the pandemic/lock-down and then iterate to improve the experience as we learn from users.
